However, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. There were food stains on the walls and dirt in the hallways. Breakfast options were minimal. only coffee was available, and no alternative beverages like juice were offered. I encountered issues with electrical outlets not working as well. Despite the comfortable beds, the overall state of the hotel was disappointing.

The carpet in the stairway could definitely use a thorough vacuuming!!! The lack of working electrical outlets and broken appliances in the room are a little concerning!!! The room's overall cleanliness needs significant improvement!!!

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience, as the lower floor can be busier and noisier at times.
